Butterbeer Cold fashioned

Butterbeer Cold fashioned

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bourbon
2 oz Switters Iced Coffee
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
Cream Soda
5 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Drizzle of Butterscotch Syrup
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, combine the heavy whipping cream, butterscotch syrup, and cinnamon. Shake without ice until frothy and foamy and set aside for last.

In a Moscow mule mug (or your preferred glass), build the cocktail by adding bourbon, Switters, maple syrup, bitters and ice.

Top with cream soda, leaving space for the whipped cream foam.
Spoon the foam over the top, creating a luscious, frothy layer.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
Who’s ready for some magic in their mug? ✨

The Butterbeer Cold Fashioned is pure magic in a mug—like stepping into the wizarding world with a grown-up twist. Imagine the rich, buttery sweetness of classic butterbeer, elevated with warm bourbon and the bold depth of Switters coffee. The cream soda adds an tingle of bubbly sweetness, while the butterscotch foam on top is velvety and indulgent, offering the perfect counterbalance to the coffee and bourbon's bolder flavor. The black walnut bitters and cinnamon add a touch of cozy warmth, reminiscent of a tavern by the fire in Hogsmeade. Every sip feels like a spellbinding mix of nostalgia, whimsy, and comfort!

This cocktail is perfect for Harry Potter fans, like us, looking for a magical drink to toast the season. Whether you’re hosting a movie marathon, attending a party, or just channeling your inner wizard at home, the Butterbeer Cold Fashioned is a showstopper. Pair it with a scarf from your favorite Hogwarts house, and you’ve got yourself a truly enchanting experience!

Pro TipWe recommend using Elm Hill Spice or Cozy Snap for a fall-inspired butterbeer twist. For a more traditional take, try Dark Roast, Middle Ground, 8th & Roast, or Decaf—each lends its own charm to this whimsical drink.
