Ready to shake things up at brunch? Move over, mimosas, because we’ve got something a little more adventurous in mind: the Coffee Negroni Sbagliato. If you’ve been searching for a way to jazz up your brunch cocktail game with something sparkly, citrusy, and still bold enough to make a statement—this is it.

Tasting Notes: Citrus + Bubbles + Coffee = Perfection

This drink is the ultimate fusion of bright and bold. It’s got all the citrusy, sparkling goodness of a brunch cocktail, but with a dash of caffeine to keep you going strong. The prosecco brings an effervescent lightness, blending with the Campari for a fruity, citrus-forward profile, while the coffee adds just enough depth to make it feel complex and delicious.

The verdict from our team? It’s crushable in a dangerously good way! This cocktail has the same refreshing vibe as a mimosa but with a more dynamic flavor that’s sure to impress at your next brunch hangout.

Dan absolutely loved this one! Dan loved how it was sparkly, refreshing, and more playful than your typical Negroni—and honestly, we couldn’t agree more. And let’s be real—it’s hard not to love a cocktail that’s both bright and caffeinated, making it the ideal “seize the day” drink for your next brunch.
