Pecan Pie Espresso Martini

Pecan Pie Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Vodka
2 oz Switters Iced Coffee
0.5 oz Louisa's Pecan Liqueur
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
Dash of Black Walnut Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until your hands are frozen! The frothier and creamier the better. Strain & pour the drink into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a pecan or sprinkle of cinnamon.
This cocktail is like sipping thanksgiving in a glass—rich, indulgent, and festive! The combination of pecan liqueur, maple syrup, and walnut bitters delivers warm, nutty flavors that evoke the sweetness of pecan pie. The Switters coffee provides the perfect bold, smooth foundation for all the cozy fall flavors to shine. We found that using seasonal iced coffee brews, like Birthday Cake, added an extra layer of sweetness and vanilla goodness. It’s a decadent treat that’s guaranteed to turn any occasion into a celebration.
This Pecan Pie Espresso Martini is your go-to for impressing guests at fall gatherings—think Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or even a chic autumn brunch. It’s also the perfect Friday evening treat, whether you’re unwinding after a long week or celebrating the start of the weekend. Sip this cocktail and bask in the warmth of pecan pie flavors, without ever needing to turn on the oven. 🍂🍸

For this recipe, we loved pairing it with seasonal Switters brews like Birthday Cake for a hint of vanilla sweetness, but it’s just as delightful with Dark Roast, 8th & Roast, Middle Ground, or even Decaf
