The coffee from this batch comes from Alto El Vapor, one of the highest-elevation farms in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. This farm isn’t just your regular coffee farm (you should know by now, we would never go for the average lot), it’s a woman-owned farm, passed down through generations! The current owner took over her grandfather’s land and has built something truly unique. Alto El Vapor is experimental and always pushing boundaries. That's our style! They’re not here for “just okay” coffee; they’re all about perfecting the process, whether it's through Natural, Honey, or anaerobic variations. Pinch us, we must be dreaming!
